ARDD organized a field visit to Zaatari refugee camp


ARDD organized a visit in cooperation with Durrat Almanal to the Zaatari refugee camp with Jordanian experts and officials from a number of civil society organizations. It aims to inform on a number of the Jordanian government's and high commissioners of the United Nations achievements on refugee affairs and the response to the refugee crisis in the region.

Representatives of the European Union mission participated such as Goggio Georgi and Francesca Akwaru, Senator Susan Majali, Senator Fida Alhamud, Judge Jihad Aldreidio, Ms. Anam AlAsha, Ms. Manal Alwazni, Adv. Rami Qudeir, Adv. Amjd Beni Hani, Adv. Fatam Amara, and journalist Mahmoud Azeoud.

The CEO of ARDD, Samar Muhareb, stated "The importance of arranging these visits for Jordanian officials and CSOs stems from their participation in the most important challenges and achievements faced by national and international institutions in response to the refugee crisis and the provision of emergency services." She stated that the extent of its complexity cannot be realized without direct knowledge and speaking with relevant sides of this area.
