Fear is part of our everyday life, and represents an instinct that can protect us from danger. Many people try to pretend that they are never afraid, but it’s something that we have to accept; we need to admit that fear is part of who we are as human beings and getting rid of it is not possible.
It’s difficult to describe what fear is. It appears like fog, and engulfs all the light in our life. Sometimes it is too heavy for us to face. Refuge has created a new kind of fear, it dominates our lives and if we don’t’ take control it will change our fears into reality.
