The project “Design and Determinee: Building Resilience of Jordanians and Vulnerable Refugees Through Support and Protection of Livelihoods” funded by the European Regional Development and Protection Program (RDPP II) to support Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq, and implemented by the Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD) in line with its economic and human development, youth empowerment and education programs and in partnership with the private sector, represented by Al-Zumurrod for Orientals, adapts a new approach to address these challenges.

The project aims to establish a qualitative partnership with the private sector while building its capabilities to create operational opportunities and decent jobs and safe work environments. It also seeks to reinforce the capacity of vulnerable Jordanians and refugees and improve their employability, build their business skills, and support skilled entrepreneurs and existing small companies (formal and informal) to start work, grow and expand.
