As part of our work on Social Protection Systems, The Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD) are collaborating with University of Bath and a British NGO, Development Pathways, in a series of research and training initiatives.
Our colleagues at University of Bath are currently conducting a survey to identify training needs for a future E-learning course. The MENA Social Policy Network (MENASP) at the University of Bath (UK) is developing a free online course on topics related to social protection and conflict prevention in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, in collaboration with the socialprotection.org platform and the IPC-IG, (International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth, Brazil).
This work is part of a project funded by the AHRC-GCRF Network Plus Scheme and will undertake an exciting range of capacity-building and policy innovation activities to better integrate social protection interventions and conflict prevention in the MENA region.
